sitting fee
Sitting fee covers time and talent of the photographer for on-location shoot with up to five people,
as well as time spent editing your images before you see them. Prints, albums and digital files are sold separately.

Maternity and newborn shoots can be combined for $450.
Maternity shoots are best between your 7th and 8th month of pregnancy. Your newborn shoot must take place within 6 weeks
of birth (recommended within 2 weeks).
the first year
Babies change so much in the first year - and documenting those changes is so much fun! Please inquire
about documenting your baby's first year with me - discounts may apply for subsequent shoots within the first year of your
baby's life.
The best times to schedule are: <1 month/newborn, 6 months/sitting up, 9 months/crawling, 1 year/standing - alternatively -
start at maternity and have a newborn, six month and one year session. Click

photographs
All photographs are professionally developed and printed on Kodak Endura Professional Paper with a
lustre finish, offering beautiful contrast with a fingerprint-resistant matte finish. Photographs can be printed in almost
any size. Below are standard sizes offered.

custom coffee table books
Beautiful custom designed 16x12 albums with your choice of leather, book jacket or photo wrap cover.

$375 for first copy, 20% off for additional/identical copies.
custom designed cards
Modern and creative custom designed postcards or greeting cards for any occasion: birth announcement,
holiday, thank you notes, blank cards, etc.
novelty items
Please inquire about items such as a deck of playing cards, gina alexander purses, mousepads, aprons, etc.
gift certificates
A gift certificate for a photo shoot is a wonderful gift.

slideshows
DVD slideshow of your choice of images from the shoot (can use all images) set to music. $150 first copy;
$50 additional.
digital files
Digital files are available for purchase. In order to control the quality of the work produced, I
encourage printing with my trusted professional lab, and as such, keep my print prices very reasonable. I can not guarantee
the print quality if you choose to print with another company. Digital files come with a personal-use license and are subject
to the following restrictions:
- Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the image(s) remain exclusively with the
photographer.
- The license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the image(s) for display on personal
websites and computers, or making prints for personal use. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which
you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The
image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
- There are no warranties, express or implied. The image(s) are provided 'as is.'
- Photographer will not be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out
of this license or buyer's use of the image(s).
All current pricing and fees are guaranteed for 30 days after your appointment. Prices for future sessions and orders
are subject to change without notice at any time.
The federal copyright law protects copyright. Copying and/or scanning of images is prohibited and punishable by law.
Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image.
jodygrossphotography reserves the rights to use all pictures for advertising purposes, portfolio, and in any other format.
